Return Policy

God is Great (GiG) Auto Parts accepts returns on most parts within 30 days of the purchase date.  All returns must be in a resalable condition and in its original, unopened, undamaged packaging, as was received and must include a copy of your original invoice, packing slip or order confirmation email. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns that are accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are NOT accepted on any items that have been used, modified, installed, painted or damaged.

Returns are NOT accepted on electrical parts and parts that require coding or programming unless the part is returned in its original unopened (sealed) package.

Returns are NOT accepted on HAZMAT items (airbags, batteries, seat belt tensioners etc.).

Returns are NOT accepted on Special Order Items.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All returned parts must be shipped via a major shipping courier (eg. DHL, FedEx or UPS) and must have tracking information included. Please put the original manufacturer packaging the parts came in inside a separate shipping box. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the wrong part was received based on an error on our end.

If there was an error on our end and your VIN was included with your order, we'll replace the parts at no cost to the customer.  If your order did NOT include the VIN, there will be no returns or exchanges on the parts ordered. If we made an error and are providing a pre-paid return shipping label, please send the part back within 30 days to avoid being charged for the new shipment.

NOTE: Please contact us via email at info@gigautoparts.com regarding any returns and include your Order Number. Items must be returned for inspection prior to any credit being issued. All shipments must be prepaid. We do not accept Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) returns.  Please do not refuse a shipment you wish to return as you will be responsible for return shipping costs incurred by the courier. If these requirements are NOT met, parts will be either returned or discarded at the customer’s expense. GiG Auto Parts reserves the right to refuse and return any parts that we find have been used, installed and/or do not meet any of the above criteria.

Once the approved return is received by us, a GiG Auto Parts representative will inspect your return to ensure it meets the criteria above and issue the credit (less any applicable restocking fees) to your original payment method. Please allow 5 - 7 business days to process your return and apply the credit. Note:  It may take some days for the actual credit to show on your account depending on your bank. Please monitor your bank statement or PayPal account for the credit.
