Shipping Policy

Here at God is Great (GiG) Auto Parts, we ship domestically & internationally from our dispatch warehouses via DHL, UPS and USPS. Tracking numbers are emailed to you immediately after shipment.

  • In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days after placing an order (including expedited shipping orders). Delivery time differs from state to state and country to country. Kindly keep in mind that delays may occur during customs procedures for international orders.
  • Special Order items and the time displayed in weeks are ETDs (Estimated Time of Delivery) from our dispatch warehouse to your delivery address, after the order is placed.
  • Shipping Costs labeled TBD (To Be Determined) are for items where the exact item weight and dimensions are not available. You will be sent a shipping quote via email for your approval prior to shipping your order. If approved, you will be sent a subsequent credit card payment request via PayPal or Stripe for the quoted shipping cost. If you do not wish to proceed with the order, you will be refunded for the total cost of the item.
  • Free Shipping to Contiguous USA on Orders $99 + *excludes Special Orders and oversized parts. Please select "FedEx Ground FREE" during checkout for Free Shipping

Any shipped items refused at delivery FOR ANY REASON by the customer will not be refunded. No Exceptions.

Fragile Items

Items containing glass may require a wooden crate in order to be shipped. The item price and/or shipping cost do not include any wooden crates needed for shipping. You will be contacted via email if there is a need for a wooden crate and will be informed of the added cost for approval prior to shipping.

HAZMAT Items

Some HAZMAT items cannot be shipped to international locations without incurring additional shipping fees (i.e. airbags, batteries, seat belt tensioners etc.). You will be contacted via email if there is an added fee for your approval prior to shipping.

Import Duties and Other Taxes (International Orders)

Import duties, taxes and other fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the shipping company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping costs.
